Delivery and Returns Notice:

Items are usually sent by second class post with Royal Mail. If you choose a faster delivery option, only the cost of standard postage will be refunded in the event of a return.

Please contact Courtlea Numnahs before sending any item back so we can make sure the parcel is received safely. Returns must be requested and the item sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.

Delivery is normally around two weeks or less. At busy times, or if we are out of the workshop visiting clients or attending a horse show, it may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
